All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through LearnCompetitive.com are final. No refunds, partial refunds, or credits are issued once a purchase is complete. This applies to every coaching product, including Seasonal Coaching and 1-on-1 Personalized VOD Reviews.
Why This Policy Exists
Coaching is a personal, time-based service. Each purchase reserves one of a limited number of coaching spots and sets aside dedicated time on my schedule. Because that time and that spot can't be resold once they're committed to you, every sale is final.
Before You Buy
I want every player to feel confident in their purchase. If you have questions about whether a program fits your goals, skill level, or schedule, please reach out before buying:

Program Length
Seasonal Coaching lasts two months, starting from your date of purchase. The program is not extended or refunded for unused sessions or time.

If you run into any issue with your purchase, please contact me directly at businessjeido@gmail.com before opening a dispute with your bank or card provider. I'll do my best to resolve it quickly.
